Mobile Monday finally comes to Moscow!

Mobile Monday, the leading international community uniting mobile industry professionals on 50 territories worldwide, announces the opening of the Moscow Chapter! The first conference supported by QArea (www.qarea.com) and Nokia (www.nokia.com) will be held in Moscow on October 22, 2007. The representatives of mobile industry of the European and CIS countries will gather for the first time in the Russian capital to start the tradition of regular Monday meetings.

The well-known Mobile Monday tradition came to CIS countries last year. On June 2006 the first Mobile Monday meeting was held in St. Petersburg, while in September the same year Ukraine also joined the international community. The events in St. Petersburg and Kiev are held regularly and gather over 100 leading telecom industry representatives, but the Moscow events promise to break a record of scale since Moscow is the heart of Russian telecom industry.

Mobile Monday Moscow is aimed at establishing strong connection between Russian and foreign companies engaged in the mobile business, building community which will develop and promote innovations in mobile industry, overviewing the latest and the hottest trends in the mobile world, contributing to the education of the general audience through Mobile Monday activities. The primary language of Mobile Monday Moscow meetings is English which gives an opportunity to broaden the audience and invite foreign speakers who are able to share their international experience and contribute to the development of the Russian telecommunication market.
